Delivery timelines

Expect your order to arrive within 2-9 business days within Canada after it leaves our warehouse. 


Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

If you need to delay your shipment, please let us know. 


We can hold orders for up to three weeks after payment. Additional fees may apply for longer delays, and your order might be canceled. 


Shipping rates and estimate

Shipping costs depends on your location and the items you order. Shipping price is provided by email after the product reservation is completed from our website.

Our shipping partners' prices typically range from:


  • CA$200 - CA$1000 for smaller items within Canada
  • CA$1000+ for larger items like containers and portable structures within Canada


Note: shipping fees does not represent a source of profit for us. As such, should the calculated shipping fee appear to important for you please contact us as we may be able to find an alternative.


Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and processing fee for the return.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us on the same day you received it at info@topequip.pro with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work with you towards a satisfactory solution.
