Returns prior to shipping

Can I cancel my order before it ships? 


Yes. Contact info@topequip.pro with your order ID as the subject line (e.g., "Cancellation Request - Order S20YY-32121") and state your reason for the return.


Your refund should be processed within 7 days (it may take a little longer before it appears on your statement).


Refunding shipping cost

The return fee would be covered by us in the case of wrong product received or product that never arrives (with proofs). For any other reasons the shipping fee will be covered by the client.

Returns for products used by the client

We do not accept returns on products that were used. 


If there an issue occur with one of your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the request based on the TEP Satisfaction Assurance. 


Returns for non-defective products and customer change of mind

We accept returns of unused, non-defective products in their original packaging in mint condition within 10 days of the delivery.

Exchanges are not offered but credit could be offered on a case by case basis.


Refunds only apply to products bought directly from Top Equip.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact info@topequip.pro with your order ID as the subject line (e.g., "Return Request - Order S20YY-32121") . Refunds are not possible if 10 days have passed since the delivery.
  2. State your reason for returning.
  3. Send photos of the product.
  4. Prepare to return the product at your own cost with adequate packaging.
  5. Ensure the product is undamaged upon its return all the way back to us.
  6. Upon reception and inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 days of our reception (you can expect a little bit more time for it to appear on your statement).
